Delivery charges

We do try to provide a next day service with all orders over £95.00 that are placed before 12pm. All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following working day. Standard delivery will be made by Royal Mail in the UK and local post outside of the UK. 

  • FREE standard delivery within the United Kingdom on all orders over the value of £95.00
  • Free Standard delivery for the rest of Europe on all orders over the value of £175.00
  • Standard local shipping price is £3.95
  • Next day delivery is £6.95 for orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm excluding Bank holidays.
  • EU Member states shipping is £9.95.
  • USA International shipping price is £12.50
  • Australian International shipping price is £19.95
  • All our shipments are tracked

 

Some countries impose import duties which will be charged when the goods are delivered to the destination country. The customer must pay any import duties, as we have no control over these charges. Due to increased security in some countries, deliveries may be delayed. You can shop with confidence because we offer a 100% no quibble guarantee and we will exchange or refund any product if you are in any way dissatisfied, so long as the products have the labels intact, have not been worn or washed and are in their original resalable condition.

We hope your LaVostra garment is everything you hoped it would be. But if you’re not completely satisfied, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

The item(s) returned MUST be unused, in their original condition and tags intact.

Make a Return in 3 Simple Steps

1. Request a returns reference and label from returns@lavostra.co.uk.

If you haven’t created an account, please email customerservices@lavostra.co.uk where our team will happily provide you with a reference and return label. Once you receive your return label please send the item(s) unused and in its original packaging to the address on the label.

2. Please enclose this despatch note with your return, stating the reason. You can then return the item(s) free of charge by sticking on the label and returning the parcel via the Post Office. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.

3. Once the item has been returned and checked your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
